Returns
 You have five (5) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item also needs to have the original receipt/proof of purchase.

Refunds
 Once we have received your item, we will respond within two (2) business days with confirmation whether the products were bought from us and can be accepted for refund.

If your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your account via store credit or by Bank Transfer.

Please allow up to fourteen(14) business days for refunds to be processed.

Shipping
 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Credits/ refunds are limited to the cost of the goods excluding freight charges.

Cancellation Policy

Change of order and cancellation of orders will not be permitted once payment has been confirmed.

We reserve the right to withdraw or cease the availability of all products from the site without prior notice, and have the right to make any order cancellation if the products are no longer available for any reason. A notification will be given and refunds shall be initiated.
